
I am Head Coach at Fit For Progress. I am obsessed with sport, and the science and psychology behind athletic performance. I’ve researched, experimented with, and programmed many different training systems for myself and others. Through years of experience in different sports, I have a comprehensive toolbox to match my approach to your needs. I am a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning Coach.
I believe it’s possible to be an all-rounder in sport, and that developing athleticism is the key to enjoying many different physical activities. I have a purple belt in Brazilian jiu jitsu, and outside of combat sports, I love surfing and skiing.
