The Fit For Progress Approach
We’ll do an initial consultation for free – this will help me to understand what your goals are, and how best to help you. From there, I’ll assess your needs and prepare a tailored training plan. We’ll go through in detail to make sure you feel confident and understand the ‘why’ behind your plan – then it’s over to you.
You’ll have 24hr access to me via WhatsApp and we will check in weekly, adjusting where necessary. I’ll review video footage and coach you through exercise, answer your questions, hold you accountable, support you, and guide you towards your objectives.
My goal as a coach is to help you develop a deep understanding of your own training. As the plan progresses, I will teach you the strategies that will work best for you, giving you everything you need to maintain your new lifestyle and progress your own training – this is the key to long-term development.
The results: They speak for themselves
Thank you to all my clients for their trust and effort. If you’d like to learn more, please get in touch. I look forward to working with you.
